IG Estates Ltd is actively seeking new land and property development opportunities.  Anything will be considered, large or small. Land

We are particularly interested in land or property with land, with either no planning permission or outline planning permission. IG Estates and it's business partners specialise in purchasing such sites quickly on an unconditional basis. Land within urban areas or large villages is preferred. Contaminated land is also of interest as we have the expertise to deal with such issues.

We also have a number of reliable clients looking for sites with detailed planning permission for between 1 and 500 plots.


A generous commission is paid to land/property agents for the successful introduction of such opportunities.

Property/Houses

IG Estates along with associated company GE Estates specialise in converting and refurbishing properties, particularly houses.  We have a track record in purchasing houses very quickly and are capable of exchanging contracts within two weeks.
