IG Estates Limited was established in September 2004 by Ian Gidley a chartered town planner who has fifteen years experience in the planning and residential development profession.
The company has evolved from a planning consultancy business into a more diverse company with expertise in redeveloping existing properties and increasing the value of land and property through acceptance by the planning authorities of new or improved developments.
Zoe Gidley joined her husband in 2006 taking up the role of Finance Director. Zoe has gained a wealth of experience heading up finance departments in a range of business sectors including motorsport, the electricity industry and branded lingerie manufacturer.

IG Estates Ltd is the proud sponsor of the Crick Colts U7's football team. The boys are rapidly improving thanks to the coaches and will join the Northampton League next season. Hopefully, we can improve our defence and finishing and see some wins!
